• Able to identify the goals of an educational institution and achieve these goals by considering the cohesiveness between an educational institution and its environment with the necessary leadership and management skills.
• Identify goals for an educational institution, achieve these goals and produce alternative solutions from a scientific perspective.
• Lead an educational institution to achieve its learning goals by taking teaching, learning and assessment processes into consideration.
• Be prepared for social, political, economic, cultural and natural dynamics of the society and able to respond to these developments considering the benefit of educational institution.
• Keep abreast of all the latest scientific developments and policy changes in the field of education and apply these changes in an educational institution.
• Prioritize the existing ethical codes in both professional field and scientific area over any kind of implementation.
• Think critically by using theoretical and practical knowledge in resolving the encountered issues in an educational institution and produce new solutions within this scope.
• Are individuals who; 1) have advance social skills; 2) are able to take responsibility; 3) are able to work independently and collaboratively in multicultural settings; 4) develop life-long learning trends.
