Outcomes

  • Identify the current problems of education and contribute to the field by conducting research studies based on the theoretical, practical and methodological knowledge.
  • Are able to transfer theoretical and practical knowledge of different disciplines into educational administration and planning field, and reach to authentic conclusions in complex situations by using tools of analysis, synthesis, and evaluation.
  • Lead educational organizations by identifying change areas and by implementing change initiatives via evidence-based approaches.
  • Implement management and planning activities of educational organizations.
  • Evaluate educational policies from national and international standards point of view, and develop new policy recommendations within the same perspective.
  • Are able to develop analytical approaches for educational organizations by considering the administrative and leadership perspectives.
  • Have necessary knowledge, skill, values and orientation to manage an educational organization.
  • Communicate effectively with groups and people within and outside the educational organizations and work with them as a team.
  • Use problem-solving and critical thinking skills in resolving situations that an educational organization face with based on theoretical and methodological knowledge.
  • Are individuals who; 1) have advance social skills; 2) are able to take responsibility; 3) are able to work independently and collaboratively in multicultural settings; 4) develop life-long learning trends.
