M.S. Program through courses and thesis aims to provide advanced level of knowledge in the field as well as tools and techniques of research with their implementation within the context of a comprehensive thesis.

Outcomes

  • They are able to carry out research and access the required information in breadth and and depth; they assess, interpret and apply the information obtained.
  • They develop new ideas and methods in the field; design complex systems and processes.
  • They have in depth knowledge about the current engineering techniques and methods, and their limitations.
  • They have general knowledge about the techniques and methods used in medicine and health sciences, and their limitations.
  • They can work effectively and can develop strategies to resolve complex cases in teams of this discipline and in multidisciplinary teams.
  • They are capable of following the most recent scientific and the technical literature in the biomedical field.
  • They have the ethical awareness and responsibility related to academic and medical research /practice.
