  • Have skills to identify the problems related to the field, developing solutions using appropriate research methods and share this information with stakeholders and society.
  • Have skills to conduct research by developing cooperation with colleagues at national and international level, execute projects and share the results through scientific activities and publications.
  • Have necessary knowledge to contribute to program development and evaluation studies related to Elementary Science Education, Elementary Mathematics Education and Early Childhood Education.
  • Have ability to monitor and evaluate domestic and international publications related to the field.
  • Be capable of conducting data analysis by using appropriate statistical methods and techniques.
  • Have theoretical knowledge about assessment techniques in education, teaching methods and material development that form the basis of the specialist areas of Elementary Science Education, Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education.
  • Have academic and research ethics.
  • Have ability to provide training related to the field of expertise in higher education institutions and other agencies and organizations.
  • Have ability to take active roles related to the field in the upbringing of researchers in higher education institutions.
