- Depth: Our graduates acquire in-depth knowledge for at least one of a sub-discipline about micro and nanotechnology in basic and applied science departments of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and become aware of the current state of scientific research in this discipline of micro nanotechnology and implement innovative methods
