Course Content
This course introduces a psychoanalytic approach to psychopathology. It includes discussions on the classification and diagnosis of psychopathology. The course presents the basic clinical profiles of various forms of psychopathology from a psychoanalytic perspective, with particular emphasis on defensive processes associated with specific pathological features. It also addresses clinical settings and procedures involved in working with individuals who exhibit psychopathological patterns.
