Course Objectives
This course incorporates the essential elements of all numerical methods currently used in the solution of partial differential equations encountered in engineering.
Course Content
Solution of systems of equations. Initial and boundary-value problems. Parabolic, elliptic and hyperbolic equations. Selected topics from solid and fluid mechanics.
