• The dynamics of Turkey's relations with its neighbors and regional powers
• The role of Turkey in international organizations and multilateral forums
• The impact of domestic politics and public opinion on Turkish foreign policy
• The challenges and opportunities for Turkish foreign policy in the 21st century
• The future prospects and scenarios for Turkish foreign policy
Course Content
This course is the continuation of ADM.495 Administration of Turkish Foreign Policy I
Course Learning Outcomes
Students who successfully complete this course will be able to:
• Understand the administration of Turkish foreign policy in the context of regional and global challenges
• Analyze the dynamics of Turkey's relations with its neighbors and regional powers, including the Middle East, the Balkans, the Caucasus, and Central Asia
• Evaluate the role of Turkey in international organizations and multilateral forums, such as the United Nations, NATO, and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation
• Examine the impact of domestic politics and public opinion on Turkish foreign policy and how internal factors shape Turkey's external relations
• Identify and assess the challenges and opportunities for Turkish foreign policy in the 21st century, including issues such as energy security, migration, and terrorism
• Explore the future prospects and scenarios for Turkish foreign policy and potential trajectories and strategies for Turkey's engagement with the world
