Course Objectives
The aim of the course is to familiarize the students with the recent history of the United States.
Course Content
The course aims to enable the students to understand the contemporary United States (The Current Reality) by tracing the development of American Society since W.W.2 through politics, economics and culture.
Course Learning Outcomes
By the end of the course, the students will be able to analyze and make comments about the significant developments and changes that occurred in the United States during the period between World War II and late twentieth century.
