Course Objectives
Course Content
Yüzey yapısı: İki boyutlu gerçek ve ters örgüler, Miller indeksleri, yüzey yapıları için notasyon. Yüzey termodinamiği. Yüzey dinamiği: titreşimler, adsorpsiyon, desorption, difüzyon. Yüzey kimsayal bağları ve kataliz. Yüzey analitik teknikleri: saçılma, spektroskopi, mikroskopi. Organik ince filmler: thiol ve silane kendiliğinden düzenlenmiş tek tabakaların ve organik yarı iletken filmlerin hazırlanması, karakterizasyon ve uygulamaları.
