Course Objectives
By the end of the course students will:
- learn the Russian alphabet and handwriting
- form competent pronunciation
- start to learn the basis of grammar
- learn reading rules
- begin to develop elementary communication skills in reading, writing, speaking and listening
Course Content
An introduction to the Russian Alphabet and basic written and spoken Russian.

By the end of the course students will be able to:
- use the Russian alphabet and handwriting

- give information about themselves and their family
