Course Objectives
Theories of Personality course aims to introduce students to different theories and approaches to the study of personality and personality assessment. As a part of this unit, students are expected to:
- be able to define personality
- critically evaluate and compare different theories in personality
- be able to gain an understanding of main approaches to personality theory
- understand and appreciate the limitations of each approach
- familiarise themselves with various methods of personality assessment

A survey of different theories and approaches to the study of personality. Comparison, critique and evaluation of different theories.
Course Learning Outcomes
