Course Objectives
Course Content
General overview of the concepts of organizational culture and climate, and organizational safety culture. Advanced aspects of organizational culture and climate, and organizational safety culture including tools, matrixes, and contributors of safety conditions in organizations. Case studies as examples for the application of theoretical knowledge to practical implications.
