Course Objectives
This course includes theories of adulthood and changes through aging (physiological, social, emotional, sexual, cognitive). It aims to cover a detailed instruction about life span in the context of developmental stages on adulthood and aging as well as the changes during this period.

Course Learning Outcomes
By the end of this course, each of the students will:
be able to understand the place of elder in social context,
be able to define fundamental concepts in adulthood and aging,
be able to understand theories in adulthood and aging,
be able to understand historical background of aging,
be able to learn physiological, emotional, social, cognitive, and sexual changes in aging,
be able to make a library and internet research about a particular subject,
be able to think analytically and critically.
