Course Objectives

The aim of this course is to introduce the students to main issues in international relations and provide a general framework for understanding the historical evolution of international system as well as main theoretical approaches to international relations


Course Content

This course analyzes the behavior of states within the framework of the international system. The main purpose of this course is to equip students with the analytical tools which contribute to their understanding of the changing context of international politics.


Course Learning Outcomes

After taking this course, the students are expected to develop a basic understanding of international relations as well as the characteristics of globalization process. They will also write short  essays, make a presentation on these topics.
