Course Objectives
At the end of the course, the students will learn:
1. fundamental concepts in financial management,
2. asset valuation, risk and return analysis, asset pricing models,
3. valuation of embedded project options.
Course Content
Fundamental concepts of financial management; objectives, tasks and decisions made by financial managers. Asset valuation, market efficiency, risk and return analysis, bond and stock valuation, asset pricing models. Prerequisite: EM 501

Students who completed the course satisfactorily will be able to:
