Course Objectives
This course the continuation of the introductory level discussion in the field of child development, including a description, theories and principles of development, the factors affecting development. The course will focus on early and middle childhood and adolescence in terms of biosocial, cognitive and psychosocial development.

Description, theories and principles of development, the factors affecting development, pre-natal ,birth and post-natal periods, cognitive development.
