Course Objectives

This course aims at helping doctoral candidates to develop scientific thinking capabilities and to improve academic writing and research design skills, regarding the discussions based on their specific theses with particular attention to a framework consisting of “aim, justification, context and
methodology”.


Course Content

Students prepare and present studies related to their doctoral theses in round table discussions participated in by the students and members of the Department.


Course Learning Outcomes

At the end of this course, PhD students would be enabled to develop a research proposal encompassing theroretical discussions focused on
theses and research design with suitable methods and techniques
