Sustainable strategies for common concrete pavement constructions. Types of concrete pavements. Materials used in concrete pavements. Concrete mixture design and proportioning. Concrete paving activities: Base construction, use of dowels and rebars, joint construction, texturing, sealing and curing techniques. Quality control and quality assurance testing procedures. Probable paving problems and related solution strategies.
