Course Objectives
By the end of the semester the students will learn the basic laboratory equipments and techniques that are used in the lab.
Course Content
Laboratory course in general biology. Use of basic laboratory equipment, the study of cell structures, cellular transport and the examination of cellular processes like mitosis, meiosis, respiration and photosynthesis.
Course Learning Outcomes
Students will be able to use light microscope and perform the basic laboratory techniques used in a Biology lab.
