Course Objectives
This course aims to develop in students a critical understanding of contemporary psychological approaches to the understanding of addiction. Students will consider the relative contributions of psychological theories from the fields of biological, behavioural, social and cognitive psychology to understanding, treatment and prevention of both drug-related and behavioural addictions.
Course Content
The course objective is development of knowledge and understanding of the basic skills of clinical interview. By the end of the course, students will have the knowledge and understanding of the basic skills of clinical interview.
