Course Objectives

Students are expected to learn basics of Lacanian psychoanalyical theory and how to conduct intake interviews, and they are expected to be able to tell the differences between each clinical structure. 


Course Content

An advanced discussion of the problems of classification, review of the current literature on different types of disorders, their dynamics, and treatment.


Course Learning Outcomes

Students are expected to learn psychopathology of adults from a psychodynamic/psychoanalytic approach.
