Course Content
The main focus of this course is on scientific personnel selection systems in work organizations. The problems and relevant issues of personnel decisions and various tools of personnel testing will be investigated. Reliability and validity of assessment techniques used in personnel selection, fairness of personnel decisions as well as contemporary issues such as test bias, validity generalization, and utility analysis are among the topics to be covered.
