Course Objectives
At the end of this course, you will learn:

- safety leadership and organizational structure and other relevant topics
At the end of this course, you will acquire skills related to:
- conducing relevant research
- using the literature and theory in formulating a research question.
- presenting your research proposal.
- working individually and collaboratively.
- analytic writing.
Course Content
The course provides a detailed review of the current issues, theories, and applications in I/O psychology. Topics covered include job analysis and applications; personnel selection systems and techniques; the turnover process; performance and management theory and practice; human factors in work organizations; organizational culture and climate; leadership; and cross cultural I/O issues.
Course Learning Outcomes
Students, who pass the course satisfactorily will be able to:
- define work related attitudes behaviors and enhancing positive organizational behavors and attitudes.
