1- To increase awareness of one’s personality, schemas, and how these tend to affect one’s daily functioning.
2- To gain preliminary knowledge of Schema Therapy.

This course is designed to provide some preliminary knowledge of Schema Therapy and facilitate a process of guided self discovery.
