This course aims to:

Examine public opinion and public diplomacy's evolution, with a special emphasis on recent approaches.

Study the tools of public diplomacy in shaping public opinion.

Discuss international cultural relations, international education, international broadcasting and business promotion and tourism as part of public diplomacy.
