Course Objectives

This course provides a foundation of knowledge and experience in field and laboratory testing protocols applied to measure human health and performance.


Course Content

Physiological adaptations of human organism to exercise and environmental stress, aerobic and anaerobic capacity. Techniques of diagnostic and functional exercise testing.
