Course Objectives

This course is designated to fill a gap in IR (disciplinary) department, PhD coursework in the sense that it is expected to form a firm basis for students working on the US in particular, world politics in general.

United States of America, foreign policy, foreign policy decision-making process.


Course Learning Outcomes

By the end of this course students will:

a) have a graduate student’s understanding of American foreign policy;

b) be able to analyze the making, nature, and goals of the American foreign policy;

c) be able to analyse US’ relations with different regions and countries.
