Course Objectives


Course Content

This course aims to give an overall understanding on the Fundamentals and the Dynamics of institutions and law of the European Union. By the end of this course the student is expected to gain an understanding of EU institutions, their functioning and inter-institutional dynamics. The course also aims to give an overall understading on the principles and functioning of the EC law. Overall, the course aims to give a general introduction to the institutions and the law of the European Union.
