Course Objectives
By the end of the course the students will learn the primary sources for studying Ottoman History and the historical research topics in this field.
Course Content
The primary and secondary historical sources will be taught. The students will be taken to the information centers to see the sources, and will work on projects concerning the sources.
Course Learning Outcomes
Student, who passed the course satisfactorily will:
learn main research themes and fields in Ottoman History
will be able to analyze primary sources
write a paper based on these sources.
