Course Objectives
This course is designed to introduce principles and applications of image processing for remote sensing and provide hands-on experience with real data to graduate students with basic knowledge of mathematics and computer programming.

- Learning all steps of processing of remotely sensed data,
- Understanding the process of imaging and the mathematical background of image processing,
- Applying the theory to real images by coding the algorithms and hence linking the theory to practice.
