Course Learning Outcomes
By the end of the course, students who take this course will be able to:
- understand the classroom reality from a larger political-economic and socio-cultural perspective
- make informed decisions about the problems they face in their schooling context with their enlarged educational perspective
- gain an insight on how to build egalitarian, dialogic and caring relationships with their students
- explore the notions of democratic citizenship and advocacy at educational institutions
