Course Objectives
Course Content
This course covers range of advanced topics in financial economics. It elaborates on the informational aspects in financial decision making and explores financial equilibria with symmetric and asymmetric information both in complete and incomplete financial markets. The course also focuses on the limits to arbitrage and financial frictions associated with transaction costs, liquidity, financial constraints, limited participation and limited commitment.
