Course Objectives


Course Content

Public sector economics as a field of study. This course studies the nature of goods and services provided by the public sector. It explores public sector as an agent for economic development and decision making and the allocation of resources in the public sector. This course also includes debates on nationalization and privitization and the role of the public sector in the Turkish economy.
