Course Objectives

Upon completing this course, each participant will be able to present and discuss state-of-the-art perspectives on decision making processes, teamwork, agenda building & HR concepts like mentorship, supervisor-supervisee interactions & performance indicators.


Course Content

Definitions and discussions on work relationships, supervisory interactions, personal relationships and day-to-day interactions, group dynamics, discussion techniques, consensus, agenda formation, decision making process, and facilitation techniques
