Course Objectives

1. To understand the concept of strategy in business and how to engage in the process of developing strategy for managing a business enterprise.
2. To learn new knowledge and/or review knowledge learned previously in the business program that pertains to the strategic management of the various business functions.
3. To learn how to apply knowledge of strategy management to a variety of business situations and cases.


Course Content

This is a capstone course aimed at providing an opportunity for Business Administration students to integrate materials covered in their previous core and supporting courses. The course focuses on the development of skills in identifying, analyzing, and solving realistic business problems
