Course Objectives

It is aimed that students will be learning the materials by doing homeworks on weekly bases, they will learn to contribute to the class activities, by asking and collectively answering questions.  Exams will be designed in a way that students will learn while answering the questions.  This course is designed and will be delivered that students in a way that they not only will refresh previous course materials but also learn as much as they desire.

Course Content

The course is designed to provide state of the art technologies very recently developed and in use for elucidating protein-protein interactions. The biological context for protein-protein interactions studies; standart technologies and most recent developments; biophysical analysis methods; and computational approaches for the analysis of genome-wide protein interactions will be the main topics of the course.

Course Learning Outcomes

They will learn to ask questions to themselves while learning the course materials.  At the end of the course they will all have both basic and advanced knowledge which will be curitial to their thesis research and academic life.  They will be furnished with the knowledge in most recent scientific methods regarding the research needing the applications of protein-protein interaction.  They will learn how to get information when needed.
