Origins and the present status of ecosystem concept, ecological niche, competitive exclusion principle, and ecological succession.(S)*

Students:

  • able to describe the major concepts in ecology with relevant terminology,
  • discuss the advancements on those concepts, flaws and paradigm shifts,
  • list novel concepts in ecology and define them.
