Course Objectives
The objective of this course is to develop an awareness of the issues related to the field of management of technology and introduce basic concepts of innovation management using academic sources and relevant case examples. The course will focus primarily on product innovations.
Course Content
The objective of this course is to provide prospective managers with the practical and theoretical backgrounds with which to design and evaluate strategies for innovating, acquiring and integrating new technologies into the workplace, and enhancing employee creativity. The material to
be covered in the course comes from a variety of sources, including books, articles and, if possible, guest speakers.
