Course Objectives
At the end of this course, the student will learn:
• The practical application of administrative law principles and concepts
• The analysis of real-world case studies and scenarios in administrative law
• The development of legal problem-solving skills in the context of administrative law
• The integration of theoretical knowledge with practical legal reasoning
Course Content
This course is the continuation of ADM 3429 Administrative Law I. In this course the themes formerly introduced are to be elaborated with a practical intend.
Course Learning Outcomes
Students who successfully complete this course will be able to:
• Apply administrative law principles and concepts to real-world scenarios
• Analyze complex legal problems in the context of administrative law
• Evaluate the legality and validity of administrative decisions and actions
• Understand the process and implications of judicial review of administrative actions
• Assess the liability of public authorities for damages caused by their actions
